What an amazing store. Seperate fridge and freezers ordered at 11am. Delivered, fitted, and old items taken away at 5.30pm same day! Staff very professional and polite. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back for other items!

Excellent service from the staff, including the delivery men. Always polite and respectful when fitting new appliances, taking away old and all the packaging. We have bought numerous appliances , ceiling fans, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine.. prices are very good, they have a quick delivery service with a time slot. Always been happy with our experience. Highly recommended.

I think every ex pat property owner in the area has used this store. We have bought lots in there. One of their best features is service. We bought a fridge freezer at lunchtime it was delivered, installed and running at teatime! Beat that for service.

Llame desde madrid,por que tenia cierta prisa por la nevera,que lo trajeran en el dia o al dia siguiente. Y la chica que me atendio, creo que Laura??. Un encanto! Me facilito todo. Me dijo que si llegabamos a primera hora probablemente lo tendria a ultima hora de la mañana o maximo del dia. Fuimos como a media mañana y 1hora y media despues teniamos la nevera en casa. Por lo que he visto en internet tiene precios similares,pero solo por el servicio,siempre que necesite algo sera la primera opcion. Mil gracias

Excellent service purchased new air conditioning from them when they came to fit we had an issue with wasps nest which stopped them proceeding to fit rang the shop and although they was busy for the rest of the week they re fitted us in within two days after the wasp nest had been removed excellent service definitely use again

We have brought our dishwasher and smart tv from here now, price wise it's as good as internet. But service is excellent and staff speak good English. Will be buying all electrical goods from here in the future
