Absolutely world class. Our dishwasher broke today and was recommended to go to Tien21. The level of service and understanding of the need to get a dishwasher installed today - No chance! Little did we know, due to outstanding staff, it arrived before time today, installed and the old one taken away. You guys at Rolden Branch are the best! Thank you!

On a recommendation I visited the team in Roldan and the welcome was totally different to the day before in a major retail store competitor. The advice and guidance was very good and managed to buy a new washing machine and delivered easily 2 days later. They now have our TV to see if their repair service can fix it and I totally trust their feedback.

Excellent service. Ordered a dishwasher for my apartment which I rent. Ordered and paid over the phone from the uk. English speaking which was really helpful to me. They delivered on time and fitted it and removed the old one. Will definitely be using this company again.
