Eventually bought a washing machine. If I had wanted, I could have had it delivered the following day... I chose not to because of the chaotic construction work going on. Delivered right on time by a cheerful fellow, who talked us through the instructions in English. The salesman was helpful and allowed me thinking time to check the specifications of the different machines, and finally, having narrowed down the choices, advised on the most appropriate for my needs. Pleased with the whole process.
